Time for some more RPG figures. These two got rolled out last week. The first is Reaper's Eldritch Demon, which has a strong Cthulian feel to him.

Super-easy to paint up. Base coat was a bright green sprayed over a deep purple. Pink on the tentacles  and a few details, along with a drybrush...and done.

This guy is a Reaper Bathalian called D'Kul. It's OK to just say Mind Flayer.

Really like this figure. Very simple, but flavourful...and gets the Ilithid aesthetic across perfectly in a D&D game.

'Til next time.

Kings of War Damage Markers

Latest project off the table is a set of damage markers for Kings of War.

I started with these MDF spinning dial blanks, numbered 1 – 12, and then built up some whimsical scenics to keep them interesting on the game table. I started with spackle, then finished up with traditional glue and sand with static grass. The dials are from's the link.

Four are based on rising skeleton models from Foundry.

Another four are shield and weapon arrangements collected from various accessory packs.

Anyway, very handy little markers which circumvent marking Kings of War casualties with errant dice on the game table.

'Til next time.
